Ok well I'm 183 and I'm 5'4 nobody would ever guess I was 183 but not the case I go to the gym on a regular basis but all I really do is use the treadmill and that's a waste of a membership so what should I use. my friend who has had 3 kids 2 of which were twins had told me to first lose 10% of my body weight then work on toning and she has lost all that baby fat and looks awesome so I follow every word she says so what gym equipment should I use (cardio wise)....at times I use some thing that makes me bring my leg up high like I'm doing the high kicks you do for practice before a soccer game lol (thats my best description) and I like it I feel like I'm working my butt lol OH and that's another thing what should I do to work my butt lol like I have a descent sized butt and it's wide but it doesn't pop out if you get what I'm saying hehe so plz and thank you
