Obviously its a little hard to not build up muscle while working out but, I've recently started going to the gym again, working on the cross-trainer (elliptical-my favorite) and am trying to lose weight. I already have decent muscle in the thighs and arms and don't want to build these up too much. What can I do to balance this out and make sure I don't build up too much muscle while still losing weight?
Note: Can't use treadmill due to physical problems, can use anything else
