After the lawn is trimmed and all offensive body hair is removed...is there anything else that needs upkeep?

I have a very special event coming up...and I'm curious if I just let everything go will my cowboy still give me some loving?
Do you think he'll let me use his John Deer?
 
What! I have to mow the lawn before sex too? Gawd. I shaved, bleached (the chin hairs, happy trail, and mustache), and exfoliated, but I didn't think I had to do yard work too. Ugh. Masterbaking is so much easier.
