what good films are in the cinema atm?

Not in my cinema, unfortunately. Instead I have the choice of timeless classics like "Paul Blart - Mall Cop", "I Love You Man" and "17 Again".

*blows brains out*

'I Love You, Man' is actually a really good film. It has a decent story and some very funny bits.

If the OP hasn't already seen it though i'd highly recommend 'Gran Torino' which is easily the best film at the cinemas at the moment.

"In The Loop is excellent."

I agree! It's great! :D:D:D

the script is terrific - full of great one-liners, the acting and characterisations are eerily accurate and the plot is as tightly-constructed as an episode of Seinfeld

.... and language that would make a sailor blush!!!

17 Again
I Love You Man
Let The Right One In
The Boat That Rocked
Monsters VS Aliens :o

Are the latest films i have watched and enjoyed.

the list also explains why there's so much shite on at cineworld at the moment.

As soon as something that's meant to be good is released cineworld never seems to show it......:(

17,000 posts of rubbish.......:D

"The Boat that Rocked" was FAR better than I was expecting. I mean, I thought it would be fairly decent, but nothing special. But it actually had me laughing out loud through most of it.

Went to see In The Loop last night, after never seeing a full episode of The Thick of It. What a choice!!! One of the funniest movies I have seen in a long time.

Absolutely. The characters are brilliantly drawn and the script is amazingly witty. The "f-star-star... " joke had me choking on my drink - and I didn't even have a drink!
