What goes well with pinto beans (cooked with ham)?

I usually make great northern or navy beans with my ham bones, but thought I'd try something different this time. However, I don't know what to make with it. With the white beans I do salmon patties, fried potatoes and the beans, but I don't think it will taste the same with the pintos......UGH! I don't know.
What do you like with your pintos?
