I own a toyota corolla from 2007, and I've had to take it to the service department quite a few times already this month.
I'm starting to become skeptical and doubt the dealership's service department quality of job performance. Since most of the time, whenever a check engine light comes on I take it to them, they make me wait on a waiting room, I don't see how and what they do to fix my car, then they tell me it's ready and fixed with a nice bill.
I pay the bill and then leave, thinking and hoping that everything is all right. I've asked them if I could see the mechanic working on my car and but they tell me that it's company's policy not to let customers in their repair shop. I've had the check engine light turned on for the third time this month.
