What Goddess represents women's power strength and femininity along with beauty?

Morrigan the Celtic Goddess of Fertility, Death and Rebirth. She is also known as the Phantom Queen or the Dark Mother and some call her the Fairy Queen, she often appears in the shape of a Raven, Wolf, Snake or Sacred Heffer (Cow). She watches over the battles of men and is said to be seen by rivers or streams washing the blood from the clothes of those that are about to die. She appears as a young youthful and beautiful maiden, she also takes the shape of a beautiful queen, her third form is that of a hideous hag ! She knows the hearts of men and can see into the strands of time the events that are yet to befall us.

The gifts she prefers are flowers, fruits, nuts, in fact anything natural, some say she prizes items of silver more than any other gift.

She is the goddess of life and death, of birth and regeneration, of hearth and home and of healing, she guards the sacred pathway of the dead and is ferrocious to the unjust and decietful people. Her world is the world of the dead and the pathways of the living.

I like the Greek pantheon, so Demeter ( harvest, the home, motherhood ) and that most sage and august Goddess Palla Athena ( wisdom, strategy ) are my favorites.
They like prayer, so chanting "Io, io (insert Goddess name)" is OK, especially under a full moon for Demeter.
Eris is a bit of jealous, so always include her in your prayers too, then eat an apple.

I always think it is best to choose a goddess from a culture you are familiar with or have an affinity for. Most goddesses represent strength and femininity, individual ones can denote particular creative and aesthetic qualities, true beauty lies in the recognition of these traits..
The most important gift you can give is your true and pure intention, but you can demonstrate this with an object that symbolises one of the goddesses elements or attributes or a product of the earth which embodies these qualities.

Definitely Artemis and Athena
Artemis was basiclly a feminist, she was the protetor of young girls and she was the huntress. She also killed (or punished) any man that dare pursue her (she was a self proclaimed virgin, and vowed celebacy) or even one who looked at her. She was often persued because of her immeasurable beauty.
Athena was another virgin goddess, and was the very embodiment of strength (being the goddess of war) but she was the protector of warriors and men in battle (and she aided men whom she favored on the battlefield) whereas Artemis stood for only women. These were both ancient Greek dieties (also shared with Roman mythology) The Roman names are Diana (Artemis) and Minerva (Athena)

Durga is a close match for all that.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Durga

An embodiment of creative feminine force (Shakti), Durga exists in a state of sv?tantrya (independence from the universe and anything/anybody else, i.e., self-sufficiency) and fierce compassion. Kali is considered by Hindus to be an aspect of Durga. She is thus considered the fiercer, demon-fighting form of Shiva's wife, goddess Parvati. Durga manifests fearlessness and patience, and never loses her sense of humor, even during spiritual battles of epic proportion.

The goddess Hera, wife of Zeus in the ancient Greek pantheon represented both strength and beauty.
She, together with Athene were both warrior goddesses.

Aphrodite represented the love aspect of the psyche. She is associated with the island of Cyprus.
