What genre of anime are you more into?

Meh I'm going to admit I love magical girl anime... Boy anime doesn't appeal to me that much, by now you will be like - Shugo chara and Otogi-Jūshi Akazukin are my fave out of that genre

As much as I hate to say it, I really enjoy shounen animes. The fillers kill my soul bit by bit, but there's something just mind-numbingly exciting about beating people mercilessly over and over for some greater cause. It's dumb, but enjoyable.

Nonetheless, my favorite genre, for anything, really, is science fiction. I've written essays about it, so I won't elaborate that much here. Basically, there's something about a potentially possible setting that interests me infinitely more than something either total impossible or already a given.

Followed by the Sports Genre (e.g. Prince of Tennis, Hajime no Ippo, Slam Dunk, Eyeshield21, Major)

and finally Action+adventure type of series (e.g. Hunter x Hunter, One Piece, Full Metal Alchemist)

I am thinking of trying Slam Dunk cause of StrawHats cool sig of the characters. (I wish he still had it) and other sport anime.

But as far as numero uno, it would be Harems.
