i just got a 1.6 farad capacitor and i was wondering what gauge wire i will need from the capacitor to the battery, capacitor to the amp, and for the ground wire
depends on the over-all RMS wattage of your system
but id go with 4g wires from your batter to your cap, the ground from the cap to the chassis and the amp ground to your car chassis should all be 4g wires, that will work best
also, make sure you ground both the amp ground, and the cap ground to the same spot, and make sure both have their own seperate ground.

My who system (battery to the cap to the amp) is 4 guage and that is what i recommend for you.l . hope that helps!
