What games does cheat engine work with?

Particularly need help with Webkinz, I cannot seem to help my sister get more points nor kinzcash. I would like to know how to use the Cheat Engine tool thus. Also, a list of PC Games that Cheat Engine works with would be nice, more or less, does it work with Marvel Ultimate Alliance?

But the later part of the question still stands, does it work with Marvel Ultimate Alliance?
As for Legionary125-- Is the "prick" comment really necessary? In order for such to ruin it for others, you must be a member, are you thus admitting that you use webkinz?
