What game should i get for my xbox 360?

Im looking for an xbox 360 game that has a very good campaign/singleplayer, some co-op would be okay, but i dont play much multiplayer and i dont have xbox live.
Games i already own
marvel ultimate allaiance
forza 2
assassins creed
graw2
lotr battle for middle earth 2
guitar hero 3
rockband
halo 3
need for speed carbon
superman returns (would never buy on my own)
madden 08

Games im looking at
mass effect (ive rented)
bioshock
gears of war
oblivion
rainbow six vegas 1 or 2
but doesnt have to be one of these

on a side note i wanna get rainbow six vegas, is the second one worth 60 or should i just buy the first one for 40?

also everyone says that cod 4 is amazing, is it all hype?

Call of duty 4 is pretty sweet.

xbox live makes call of duty 4 much better.

The single player aint to long but its not short. the storyline is pretty amazing.
 
Forget the rest! If you want to actually be apart of the game you need to get Condemned. This is one of my alltime favorite games .
