what game should I get for my PS3?

I already have: Heavy Rain, Call of Duty: MW2, The Orange Box, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Oblivion, Fallout 3, Rockband 2, Guitar Hero 5, Army of Two: The 40th Day, and some others

I was thinking about either Modnation Racers or Assassin's Creed 2
What game should I get? You can recommend other ones
