nba 2k8 is the best basketball sim ever. It blows live away, but it is much harder. If your a casual gamer and like arcady style sports games live would be your choice.
madden wins in the football realm. I liked the older 2k football games better than madden, but the new 2k8 all pro football just downright sucked.
