What fuel grade should I use for a 2004 toyota solara?

I have a 2004 toyota solara I bought it three months ago and I've been using 87 grade fuel, I went on the internet, and others have suggested 89 or higher.ShouldI switch to a higher grade? And would switching cause engine problems?
 
Switching between grades will not hurt ur car. ur car is meant for 87, and because of this, u shouldn't switch because it won't really help that much. go with whatever grade the car is meant for and ull be fine (on any car u may buy in the future)
