im too poor for photoshop xD so i wanted a free program that allows you to do stuff like cut and paste parts of an image(ex. putting someones head on a different body)
and allows you to add textures/photostock to a picture.
i tried facedub but it kinda takes away from the whole thing cause they add a link in the middle of the pisture, plus when i try too add another copy/paste head after i had already done a couple it goes blurrier and blurrier every new one i add
