I live in Fairbanks Alaska and am getting tired of drinking 2-4 liters of water per day and still feeling thirsty. What drinks or foods would help? Do things like apple sauce and jello have a hydrating effect?

Celery is almost all water. Same with watermelon and fruits in general.

And if you're still feeling thirsty, you may actually want to schedule a physical check-up. Constant thirst is a symptom of several medical conditions, including diabetes.

i usually feel hydrated after eating fruit, pineapple and watermelon are super juicy and refreshing. that's just what i like to have, but my source outlines some that hydrate you for sure.
main ones are fresh fruits, vegetables and broths/soups.

watermelon, kiwi. fruits that have a lot of juice in them. apples however do not and jello will not help. try drink some gatorade
