What food/snack is healthy and easy to cook?

I would like to cook something that is healthy, but I don't know what to cook. Please give me a recipe that don't waste time to cook!!!
 
Heres my Fav 1 :
2 lbs/1 kg chicken pieces

2 Tbsp/30 mL olive oil

1 cup/250 mL apple juice

1 clove garlic, pressed

1 tsp/5 mL oregano

salt

pepper

1/4 cup/60 mL grated Parmesan cheese

3 Tbsp/45 mL balsamic vinegar

Preheat oven to 450F/230C.

Put the chicken pieces in a baking dish.

Sprinkle with the olive oil, apple juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, until no longer pink inside.

Pour the balsamic vinegar over the chicken.

Takes no more then 15 minutes and its healthy
