At a recent event, my boss complained that the items in the continental breakfast weren't healthy enough, i.e. that there was too many pastries, etc., and that he wants a 'healthy' version for our next event (note: this has more to do with his recent poor numbers from his medical check-up than the food itself).
Aside from cut-up fruit and bran muffins, we couldn't think of what other items would go into a 'healthy' version of a continental breakfast, if you could even still call it that.
Any suggestions?
