I am new to photography and I want to explore more glamour photography, I have a Canon 40D and a 28-105mm lens, I am looking to buy a flash but I dont want to buy something that I might use to its max potential. I've heard that the Nissin di622 its a good inexpensive flash which I could probably get for $139, I also found a 1 year old(or so they say) canon speedlite 550EX for $250. Like I said I am looking to buy something that I will use up to its potential for what I am targeting to do and not something that I know its very good but at the end I am not getting the max of its potential. Any ideas? thanks.
