what fish to stock my pond with? its about a half of an acre and is fed by a small

stream.fish must be edible? !0 points to best answer!!!!!!!!!!!what kind of fish can i stock it with i dont want carp, sunnys, or catfish.
i want some decent tasting fish that grow to atl east 6 inches. they must be edible and able to survive in ponds and reproduce any ideas. i was thinkin of trout but can they live in ponds?? less than one acre?? i believe the ponds about 15 feet deep.
