what fish should i get?

i have 5 tiger barbs and a SA bumblebee catfish "the smal one"
there in a 10 gallon now but im about to cycle a 55g. it will be planted with rocks and drift wood.
 
If I were you I would get maybe some goldfish. I personally like the sparkly, rainbow kind, or comet goldfish.
 
I would say 3-5 more tiger barbs is a good start. You definitely need at least one more, but when it comes to those guys, the more the merrier! After that I would get another school of fish, preferable some speedy ones to keep up with the tiger barbs. Some platies (preferably all male) would add a dash of color to your tank, or some cherry barbs, rasboras, or corydoras.
