I agree, what tank size is that?

Those Balas need at least a 6ft tank or more. The Rainbow and Red Tail are likely to argue over territories. The larger Common Pleco is territorial towards other Plecos so is likely to chase the Bristlenoses about. The Oscar and Green Terror may well argue over territories. And those Clown Loaches will need at least a 6ft tank again and should be in a group of 5-6 or more, not a pair. The Syno (Cuckoo) should be able to look after itself but may get caught up in the Rainbow/Red Tail territory battles.

It sounds like a pretty unresearched mix so far, which makes me worry about the tank size!
 
i currently have 4 bala sharks,1 raimbow shark, 1 red tailed shark, 2 bristle nosed catfish, 1 cuckoo catfish, 2 clown loach, 1 oscar, 1 green terror and a common pleco
 
How big is your tank ? Because sooner or later there is going to be a turf war in your tank, you need to plant some plants to define some boundaries, all the fish you have stated, need a large tank, and I hope you have a good external filter.
