What fish don't like oscars that do like jack dempseys?

I have a 200 gallon tank with a crawfish two plecos, (one bushynose and one sailfin) and two baby oscars and a jack dempsey. I want my jack dempsey to have a friend so the oscars dont gang up on him and kill him. Any suggestions on what i could get? Although i do not want another jack dempsey
