Alright so I absolutely love Long John Silver's fish and chicken platters and whatnot, and I'd love to try and make some. So i'd like to know what fish/chicken they use for these dishes. Do they use different fish for their other dishes, or one type for all dishes that have fish in them? Everyone says it's either this or that, but i'd kinda like to know what it really is so I can make it just like that. I'm not really a seafood person whatsoever, but when it comes to LJS, I don't even mind.
