My mom said I can get a fish. But I have to pay for it and all its things. I don't want to buy a heater. What cute little fish can I get at pet stores like Pet Smart for under $20 that will get no bigger than 2 or 3 inches long and can live in a tank that's only like 1 foot by 1 foot? Give or take 3-5 inches on size? And don't say goldfish. Or guppy. If it helps, my name choices were between Squirrel and Gibbs. (Gibbs is like the character on NCIS). And please give me name suggestions too!
