I have four white cloud fish together in a tank with a comet goldfish.. im not asking for a lecture about fish tank sizes and how many i should have per litre, etc. etc... im simply wondering what other fish i could put in the tank safely without any extra special needs or eating each other.. obviously no tropical fish as i do not have a heater.. thanks

you could have a weather loach

Hillstream loach

Sarasa Comet

Shubunkin

American Flag Fish

A Common Goldfish

Thats It

Hope This Helps And Good Luck

Honestly...none. Even a betta shouldn't be kept under 72. Comets and minnows, that's about it. And koi of course. But I'm pretty sure your tank isn't that big. Other fish that could withstand cooler water than 76 would have a high risk of getting ich and then spreading it.

Hi,
Some people will say no for this, but you can get zebra danio's that are breed for cold water tanks (they are primarily tropical fish but they are born and breed in cold water tanks at your pet shop). Otherwise that, the only other cold water fish you can put in the tank with goldfish are golodfish. Unfortunately there are not many different types of coldwater fish. Zebra danio's, like white clouds, need to be kept in groups of about 8, so you would need the larger tank. I'm presuming you know all about this, and the whole 30 gallons for one goldfish, and 15 gallons for each next one. Blah, blah, blah. So for the group of danio's you should have about 10 gallons in your tank to spare. Good luck!

That's probably it. I don't know much about white clouds; but I do know that goldfish really do not do well with most other fishes: and the other way around. Goldfish are messy, ravenous eaters that pollute out most other fish species; plus, they require a colder tank than a lot of fish like.
