What fish can I add to my 15 gallon? Goldfish?

no goldfish. period. anyways, a group of guppies would do nicely, or you could do some neon tetras or glofish. glofish is not a typo of goldfish, if anyone is wondering:D

What kinds of fish? Also, would a black moor do well in a 15 gallon aquarium alone?
I know I need a heater for tropical fish. I just need some suggestions...
 
you could get away with one black moor in a 15 gallon and NOTHING ELSE but it would do better in a 20g. if you decided to put a goldfish (single) in there it would have to be a "fancy goldfish" (i.e. ryukin, black moor, bubble eye) no comet goldfish (feeder goldfish)
