Little Shrimp

I'm going to be turning my 2.5 gallon tank into a cherry shrimp tank. This is what I'm going to do; black sand, piece of small wood with java moss on it, a couple small java ferns, and of course some RCS. What fish can I have in there with them if any? I was considering some neon tetras... I don't know. Any advice is helpful.

Fish, you have no idea what you are talking about. A cherry shrimp having to be at least 10 gallons?? Screw that, but thanks for the input anyway.
