What financial assistance can I get for college courses if I already have a Bachelor's

Degree? I can only attend one course at a time and am being told that I am ineligible for loans since I am less than half time. There must be some assistance program out there for someone in my situation.
 
I haven't heard of any assistance for one course at a time. If you belong to any organizations or churches, I would ask them about scholarships. I would suggest paying out of pocket on a payment plan. Look for a school with reasonable tuition rates. All you would need is the price of one class each semester and your books for that class.
