Seen them both, I'd go for Amittyville Horror Remake. I think I'm the only person I know who doesn't rate the Saw epic. I think it's sh*te, maybe because the actors can't even act? I dunno... I find myself watching it and wanting to laugh at the acting rather than follow the story.

You don't watch Saw for the acting or story (although I liked them) you watch the films for the gory ways people are killed off.

The acting in the Saw films is nothing special but it's better compared to a lot of in the horror world.

The Thing is about to start on itv 4, closer to original story than 1950s Howard Hawks classic, good though that is.

Amittyville Horror was atrocious, I started watching it last night and couldn't believe just how bad it was. They should have been done under trading standarRAB for using the word 'Horror' in the title.
