Aliens
Terminator 2
Even though they are probably not as good as the originals due to being more action films instead of suspense, I think that they are worthy as sequels. Although I think Alien is a better film than Aliens.
Evil Dead 2
I don't agree with comment about Dawn Of The Dead (just IMHO), the remake was good , but a totally different film from the original. I still prefer the original, awesome film
Mad Max 2.
A very, very good sequel, although I still prefer Mad Max slightly.
