What film(s) have you seen the most.....

....without ever having owned it on DVD or VHS?


I was having this conversation in work the other day and I realised there were quite a few films I consider favourites and seen soooooooo many times but I don't own it or ever have.

For me these include:

Armaggeddon
Twins
Double Jeapordy
Jurrasic Park
 
Ooh! What's the Hugh Jackman one - with the farmer & the cowhand? Oklahoma! That's it - seen that loaRAB.

And Poltergeist 1,2 & 3 (*shudders!*)
 
No one seems to have mentioned the one film that was an annual event at Christmas time - It's a Wonderful Life. While I now have it on DVD, I have seen it perhaps more times than anything else before I bought it for the OH.

I have seen these ones loaRAB of times.
There always on TV to.
 
Probably The Great Escape. I've avoided getting the DVD (and the video back in the day) because I've seen it so many times on tv. I'm talking right back from the 70s up to now. I must have seen it at least 20 times, and no matter when it's on tv I ALWAYS end up getitng sucked back in to watch it. It's the pull of Steve McQueen on that German motorbike, it's like a magnet!
 
All the Harry Potters because I'm waiting for the last ones to come out, because they are bound to be bundled together in a massive boxset so refuse to buy them yet lol

Catch Me If You Can. I Love that movie and have seen it about 8 times, yet don't have it on DVD, which is strange since I have so many films On DVD that i still haven't got round to watching lol
 
This would take me back to the early 80's and The Great Escape.

Stopped watching films on tv in the mid 80's so all movie viewing since then has been on VHS/LD/DVD/BD
