What film is this?

It's probably a rubbish film but it's been bugging me today because I can't remember what it was called. I only saw the trailer for it, last year I think.

Horror film. Group of young people on a beach, have their stuff taken as they sleep are then chased by local organ traffickers. Something like that.

Please put help me put my mind to rest so it can concentrate on more important things.

Yeah it does sound a lot like the above film. Worth checking out though, got a rather claustrophobic underwater scene.

Turistas is the one starring Angel from Home And Away. I didn't think it was that good.

When it came out it got slated, to the point they changed the name to avoid the bad reputation. It's not as bad as all that, but not great either. As with most so-called torture porn, the gore is only a minor part of it.

The tone is all up and down. They have alternating good and bad luck: bad luck that the bus crashes, good luck that there's a nice beach near-by and a party, bad luck that their drinks are spiked and their stuff nicked, good luck that they make a local friend, etc. This contrasts with the Saw and Hostel films which are more about a gradual and pretty unrelenting build-up of bad stuff.

It's main weakness for me was the occasionally implausible human behaviour. And the blatant line, "Do you boys mind if I go topless?"
