A couple are on holiday at a cabin/motel room and they find a video of a snuff movie and then realise they are being filmed...so will be next to be killed.
It's quite recent but I can't remember who was in it. I thought Kate Beckinsale but don't think I'm right.
 
It was good but I didn't like the ending. Same old predictable stuff
Good guys prevailing and not dying

It's always nice to see KB though. She's one of those actresses who have found the right cosmetic surgen as she seems to keep getting better looking.
