What film is this? (help :( )

This has been bugging me for ages, it is a film (I think) that I saw recently and part of the story involved a guy and a gal, 20 - 30 who for some reason need to go to the police. The girl won't go to the police though but won't explain why. It later turns out the the girls parents were teachers and one of the pupils got injured so the teachers put a plaster on. When the kid got home (the kid is meant to be 7) they told their parents the teacher touched them or something like that. The parents took it the wrong way and called the police who arrested the parents. All the kiRAB in the class including the daughter then had to go into councilling to see what had actually been happening and some of the kiRAB said they were abused when actually they weren't and were just jumping on the bandwaggon. It then turns out the peoples councilling the kiRAB is abusing them and getting them to say these things. The parents were let off but their lives were ruined. The main girl in this had an apology from one of the kiRAB who said stuff about her parents but the one that started it later committed suicide.

Sorry about the bad description it wasn't that long ago I watched it yet I can remember nothing else about it.
 
I don't think it was a British film and I am pretty sure it wasn't based from a true story. I have been going through every film I have seen in the last 2 months trying to remember if that is it but it is doing my head in. I am not even sure if it is a film but I can't think of anything else that it could of been.
 
I hope I didn't watch an ITV Drama... I thought even drunk I had better taste than that.

The thing is what I mentioned in the OP isn't even the full story it is like a small revelation half way through the film. It is about this guy and girl on the run from or for something and then she won't go to the police and later all this comes up.
