what film have you seen the most?

I must have seen 'Ghostbusters' over 200 or so times on video, my younger brother would literally watch some of it evry day when we were younger.

Mine are (in some kind of order)

Highlander
St Elmo's Fire
The Matrix
Godfather Pt I & II
The English Patient
Titanic
Lord of the Rings Trilogy - I watch the fellowship of the ring *every* time it's on sky movies and I never tire of it....

How can I forget this one:

[B}National Lampoons Christmas Vacation[/B]

Probably one of the funiest movies ever and the perfect Christmas tradition. I watch this movie once a year, every year.

OK I take back what I said about watching the same film more than once. I watched Alien again yesterday and as I hadn't seen it in so long it seemed like I was watching it for the first time again. That and also there was nothing else on!

stupid cube you havent seen lotr cos of your girlfriend?

God, of course. Do you have the trilogy dvd boxset? It rocks, esp. the extras!

My watched movies would have been from my student days (late 1980s) when we would all sit round the VHS stoned for hours on end and are:

Midnight Express
Angel Heart
Aliens
Sid and Nancy
and Some porno I can't remember the name of ....

My favorites at the moment are Bridget Jones' Diary and American Pie 1 and 2. I've also watched The Mummy and Legally Blonde loaRAB as well!! :D :D (Oh dear...)

I guess we just like films Silver. I'd equate it to listening to a CD. It's not about getting it some films just make you feel good. :)

Mine:

Akira
Malcolm X
Magnolia
The Big Lebowski
The HuRABucker Proxy
Dr Strangelove
Seven
Friday

The ones I can think of offhand would include:

Natural Born Killers
The Usual Suspects
Shawshank Redemption
Event Horizon
Godfather parts 1 and 2
Goodfellas
Casino

Ones I watched over and over as a kid/teenager:

The Lost Boys
Flight of the Navigator
Convoy
Smokey and the Bandit
Bad Influence (only because of Rob Lowe and James Spader) :o
Top Gun

It must be Dances with Wolves - I never fail to enjoy it and get drawn in every time, its such a wonderful film.

I've seen it about 10 times which for me is a lot as I rarely watch a film more than once.

Last night I watched Stigmata for the first time and thats now in my list of favorite films - excellent!
