What exercises would most benefit my body type (photos included)?

I really love exercising and I want to increase my fitness, but I don't know what areas of my body to work on... and how.

What specific exercises would I benefit from? I already do a pretty big amount of running, so my legs are kind of... muscular, haha. I still have excess fat on my hips and thighs that I wouldn't mind getting rid of.

Like I said, I already exercise, I just want to know if I should focus on specific areas and how to do that. (I also own an exercise machine at home for upper body stuff, but I don't use it much.)
