To lose weight, you need:

cardio... running, biking, swimming, stairs, anything that'll get your heartrate up and will make you sweat

healthy eating... protein, veggies, milk, fruit, whole grain, etc

Then to work on belly and back, tone with pilates or ab workouts. You can even cross train with your cardio stuff.
