I am 5'10" and i weigh around 155 pounds. I want to lose around 5 or 10 pounds, but my legs are already really skinny. All my fat accumulates around my stomach, no where else, and I'd love to have some exercise plans that focus to tone up the midsection, but I have no exercise equipment and I don't have anywhere to jog or run.
