What exercises can I do at home to get great toned arms?

First of all dont forget to warm up you don't want to pull a muscle.

Step 1.
Lift weights to trigger a growth response in the muscle. To do that you need to Push yourself beyond your comfort zone lift heavy But use less reps, about 5 to 6 reps should be the most you can do until failure.

Step 2.
Now for the exercises
First, we will start off with biceps
Stand with your feet shoulder with apart.
Grab 2 dumbbells one in each hand palms facing inward.
Curl your left arm up to your chest then lower slowly.
Now curl your right arm up to your chest and lower slowly.
Do that for about 5 to 6 reps each arm

Step 3.
Then start with a few push ups this will help strengthen them.

Step 4.
Cool Down :) xx
 
Stop eating fatty food, start doing cardio exercise. flab arm indicate body fat. follow the cardio with a light Weight dumbell lift. that's it results will show up ,, just need patients : )
