I'm female 5'2" tall and 150 pounds. I'm REALLY out of shape, i can walk forever but when it comes to jogging, i can't last very long. My time for the mile is around 12 min. And my arms are pretty week also..i can do about 10 pushups and anything after that is pretty hard for me.
Here are my questions:
1. what healthy diet should i do that's cost effective?
2. What should my daily exercise routine be? And should I take any "rest" days? if so, how many times per week?
3. I also have a 38 C chest, is there a good exercise that will decrease it's size?
I'm gonna join the military so i gave myself 3 months. I just wanted to see what the best exercise i should do within that short amount of time
