about a month ago i ripped my hamstring.......due to not warming up first before the exercise at hand. what are some exercises i can do that wont hurt me too much. i dont want to lose muscle. i am a gymnast also and i am 15. 5.5ft and i weigh 60kgs....which is like 132 pounds??
