I'm really bored this summer and I've been thinking of buying Sims 3. I've heard about it, I know it's where you create your own character or w/e but what exactly is it about? Do we get to interact w/ other people online, after paying for the game, downloading it onto my computer, do I also have to pay additional to buy items in game?

it is a game where you SIMulate life, you can control all the aspects of your own character, in the game you can get a job which pays for the in-game items
it is a game where you could do stuff like move there body and do stuff you want them to but they also respond to your actions sometime and denys it. you could make their jobs like theif, buisnessman and many other things!! no you dont have to pay for items it is not an online game but it is a good computer game where you could do stuff with computerized people.
