None at all. There are hundreds of billions of stars in our galaxy alone, most of which have planets, many of which will probably have Earth-like planets, probably many of which host life. We don't have the technology to find it yet, but that certainly doesn't mean it's not out there. We know life happened at least one in the universe - here - and it took hold almost as soon as it could, so life is probably pretty common.
