In this episode Stan Marsh is on a baseball team with his friends, and really want's to lose, so they try to lose on purpose.. but every other team is trying to do the same, so they keep winning.

While that is going on Stan's dad is fighting all the other dads and getting drunk, his end fight is against BAT DAD and they do a little Rocky Balboa rip off with it.

I would like to know, the season -- and episode name! Thanks.
 
Lmao @ that episode. That is one of my favorites. Oh and to answer your question it is called "No More Baseball The Losing Edge" (Season 9, Episode 5).
