For some reason House ends up going to a clinic as a patient to try to get the Dr to write him a script for vicodin. The doctor suggests other medicines which House says he can't take for various reasons. The doctor says he can't prescribe Vicodin because House is a new patient. House gets angry and tells the doctor how his prior diagnoses and medication proposals are incorrect and the Dr realises House is a doctor.
