What else should I write about in my Facing History essay?

On my Facing History essay, I am suppose to write 5 paragraphs about me and my life . I have written 2 paragraphs. On the first Paragraph I introduced myself and on my 2nd paragraph I talked about my family. What else should I talk about?
 
Paragraph 1: your early life
paragraph 2: your family
Paragraph 3: you growing up compare then and now
paragraph 4: your accomplishments, what you have done, achieved
paragraph 5: who you want to be, what you will be like in the future
