veggies? I have planted or am going to plant:

Red Onion
White Onion
Green Onion
Green Peppers
Jalapeno Peppers
Broccoli
Cabbage
Turnips
Kohl Rabi
Brussell Sprouts
Egg Plant
Canteloupe
Squash


I do not want to plant cucumbers or okra and I live in KY - zone 6.

What are some really good recipes I can use with these veggies this summer? Is there a delicious dish that incorporates many of them together?
