What else can i feed my fish?

I have a saltwater and a freshwater tank but i want to find new foods to feed my fish. I feed them Flakes, Freeze dried blood worms, frozen blood worms, and occasionally mosquito larvae i raise. Are there any homemade foods i could feed them?
I have clownfish .firefish .damsels .tetras .dwarf frogs. crabs. snails.starfish
 
You don't give any species...so...

Go to any "species specific" forum/website...guarantee there's at least one for every genus of fish...and almost promise there'll be a thread on there about food varieties and "home-made recipes".

Looking at the diet though,there's a lot of protein ...but not much as far as unprocessed vegetable matter. Regardless of species,all fish require nutrients that are derived from raw vegetable matter (either eat it directly or get it from the gut contents of what they eat).Again,don't know the species...so a little research will tell you how to get it to them.
 
how about crikets,worms,small feeder guppies, or brineshrimp anytype of insects besides BESIDES LIGHTNING BUGS there poisenous with there chemical light thingy is bad
