What else can I do to my 2004 ford explorer?

I put 22" rims, a system, neons, tvs everywhere, lambo doors and tints on my truck and am curious what else I can do to make it look more custom without making the truck look ridiculous with a stupid paint job or a dumb cow horn but want it to look professional and custom. What else can I do I'm drawing a blank
 
Put a real nice custom Meriel on the rear window
Not some stupid one but something that tell a great story about your neighborhood

dual exhaust always look good.
